Ben Game

Ben is a reader barrister at Blackburn Chambers and accepts briefs in all areas of the law.

Ben began his legal career in solicitor advocacy and has appeared unled in a broad range of courts and tribunals. Prior to call, he worked as an associate at Moulis Legal where he prepared advice on complex commercial disputes and applications for judicial review of Australian international trade sanctions. Ben also teaches Evidence Law at the ANU.

Ben speaks and reads Mandarin to a professional working standard, having developed his proficiency during tertiary study and an immersive gap year in regional China. Throughout his legal career, Ben’s proficiency has enabled him to explain legal issues for Mandarin-speaking clients and work directly with Chinese legal documents and other source material.
