Tom was admitted as a solicitor in 2015 and has experience in several practice areas including town planning and environment, public law (merits and judicial review), real property, professional discipline, building and construction, and regulatory offences.
While a solicitor, Tom acted on behalf of landowners, building professionals and government authorities in a broad range of property development, environmental and regulatory disputes. Tom was also in-house counsel in the federal public service and advised on a broad range of issues including public law, freedom of information, WHS and employment related matters.
