Chambers Welcomes a New Reader- Edward Chen

Blackburn Chambers is pleased to welcome Edward Chen as a new reader.

Edward joins Blackburn Chambers from 15 June 2026 and practices primarily in Criminal and appellate advocacy in the ACT.

Before coming to the Bar Edward was a trial and appellate advocate with Legal Aid ACT, a federal prosecutor, and supervised the Civil litigations practice of Legal Aid ACT. Edward was also served as tipstaff to the Honourable Justice Elizabeth Fullerton SC of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Edward is now accepting briefs in the following areas:
